Life House Hotels (acquired by Lark Hotels) was a collection of independent properties in Miami, Nantucket, and Colorado. Each ‘house’ was driven by narrative, brought to life by a fictional character with local color. I created the story framework for each property, then commissioned, edited, and wrote weekly guides, interviews, and roundups for its editorial site. From destination guides by the former travel editor of Food & Wine to a profile of Robert Whitman, the photographer who captured a pre-fame Prince, the voices featured bolstered the brand’s lifestyle positioning.
