Way, Way Off the Grid
Greydon House has 20 rooms and less than 100 days to fill them between Memorial Day and Labor Day. To expand revenue opportunities, we had to convince people to travel during the cold off-peak months. I created a weekend retreat series in partnership with Lavender Farm Wellness and Tradewind Aviation, bookable only from November to April.

Nantucket’s Wild Side
The Lavender Farm Wellness weekend retreats took guests on a guided four-hour meditation on the Coskata-Coatue Wildlife Refuge, a remote and ruggedly beautiful coastal environment where deer, raptors, seals, and shorebirds play. What else could they do in the off-season? I created original content on the Greydon House blog to guide the way.
